So, I assume I missed the deadline, and I bought the ebook at full-price; however, I had a lot of hassle with paypal. They would not let me buy the book with a credit card bypassing my paypal account. In the end, after several phone calls, I had to close my paypal account in order to buy the book. This problem has never come-up before, but I am glad I persisted as the a glance at the books looks like it was worth the hassle. Gene Hi:
