I received it within 2 days and it's been perfect. The only drawback is I have to send it back :-) I've not tried any other companies, so I can't compare, but borrowlenses was great for my first rental. It was a great opportunity to try out different lenses when I was just getting started in photography and helped me decided which lenses to eventually buy. The service, shipping and prices are great.
