Probably the Blue Ridge Parkway or Smokey Mountains National Park. There is so much diversity there and the change of seasons is so dramatic.

I am absolutely AMAZED to see that only 3 people have mentioned the Canadian Rocky Mountains!!! It is, hands down, one of the most beautiful places on earth!!! I have lived in Alberta for years and managed to come home with new, great shots every time!! To anyone who hasn't been here, plan a trip!! Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!

For me, Southern Utah is pretty accessible, (I live there!) but i would absolutely love to go to Ireland.

BTW, that picture's from Bryce Canyon, isn't it? I live about 45 minutes from there. :)

Jerusalem--the mix of the oldest, the old, and the new is beautiful. In fact, just Israel as a whole--it has everything that, as a photographer, I like.

For me I think would fit nicely either Norway or New Zeeland. Norway is much closer to where I live, but you never know what might be round the corner !!!

If you leave Bryce, drive over Boulder Mountain on Rt. 12 to Capitol Reef National Park, you will find yourself in a photographers heaven. You don't need to worry about crowds of people here. Capitol Reef is remote enough to keep them away.

Isle of Mallorca, Spain for me. Different at every turn: Mountains, small coves with beaches, traditional fishing boats, fields of olive trees and old windmills. It's a photographers sweetybox.

I've had the opportunity to travel extensively but my best photography experiences have been in the Canadian Rockies which is about 3000 K from my home. There is so much to see and shoot. The problem is narrowing down each visit to just one area and concentraiting in that location only otherwise it becomes overwhelming. Planning is a must to really take advantage of each visit. As well - take the weather as it comes each day and use it to your advantage..
