I just got the Samsung HZ10W yesterday and I love it except for one little thing. They should have put the button for taking the pic on the outside cause the way you hold it ur finger could get in the way of the flash. So watch out for that.

I purchased this camera here in Sydney ( Ted's camera) for A$400 a few days ago. I purchased this camera as I needed a compact camera & HD video camera in the pocket size. The video resolution( 720p, 1280x760 HQ) is excellent. I like that Samsung’s Successive Recording mode, which allowed me to pause and then resume filming without having to save the clips as individual files. I used Nero 8 to make AVCHD disc and then I played the disc through my Samsung Blu-Ray DVD player on my HD 50 '' Plasma TV. I am really surprised with the resolution.
I did'nt have much time to explore the other features but 24-240 mm Schneider lens looks promising.

Xmas I bought the Samsung NV24HD for its wide angle and high Definition format. Now Samsung introduces this new model, I sure wish I had waited. I have had real good luck with Samsung point and shot cameras when it come to producing great video. However, Still photography is another story. In the manual mode it is slow to operate, changing the setting and reading LCD screen's values in daylight are a challenge especially if you have large fingers like me..
