Please help, I have been given a budget which will enable me to upgrade my Nikon D5000 to either a Nikon D300s or D7000. I take mainly horse show photography so need a fast shutter speed, but am branching out into portrait also. Both look great cameras but am after some advise on which people believe to be the better one for what I need. Also I need advise on which budget lense I should get for a faster shutter speed without losing quality.
Thanks

I now own a Kodak Easy-Share model DX 4530. I am considering upgrading to a Nikon Zoom L100 or a
Nikon P 80. Do you have any suggestions/comment on these choices?

Thank You

What about Fujifilm Finepix S9600, 9.1 MP, 10X Optical Zoom. Many reviews say it's as close as you can get to a DSLR with out burning your pocket! I own one as I cannot afford a DSLR. I guess it's a good camera to start with, you can play a lot...The features it offers is just awesome !

HI,

It's great information.
I own D80 and is great to know that it is still in the top 10 after a year. It's such a great camera and I truly enjoy every bit of it.

Great website.
