Sorry about that last post. I just read it and realized how hard it was to read. I hope you all understand it. I did it through my iPhone and never proof read it. iPhone sometimes decides what to write on its own.

Someone asked about the super zoom extending to more than 18. Ots true just lower the Meg pix and you can zoom in up to 36 times. The stabilizer works very well even zoom all the way.

In iA mode, you do not have the option to Force Flash, but you do in Program (P) mode. I've been a long time user of (P) when I want to ignore other settings, but I don't know if that will work for your needs or not. I love the FZ35 and wouldn't trade it for any of the many cameras I've owned before, including a few Canon digital SLR's.

Quick Question- is there any way I can "force flash" using the iA (Intelligent Auto) on this camera?

I have an old DMC-LX2 and I can force the flash in Auto Mode (which has been very useful to me). I really like the option of fully controlling the flash while having the camera decide all the other settings for me.

@Rolocz, Just rotate the cicular polarizing filter at a blue sky and you will see the effects for yourself. I own two cicular polarizing filters one a Tiffen and the other a B&W, while rotating the filter slowly you will see it darken the blue sky. I used to just screw the polarizing filter on and use it just that way, until I read an artical that gave me this information. I have taken test photos of the sky by turning my polarizing filter from light to dark and there is a difference. It works for me.
Hope this helps

@Paulie, How can rotating a circular polarizing filter change anything? are those filters eccentric in any way? I thought that only a linear filter would alter the results if rotated.
Thanks

@ Rolocz, Purchase the circular polarizer It makes it easier for the camera to focus. A linear polarizer can make focusing somewhat slower, For your panasonic FZ35 make sure you order the 46mm circular polarizing filter.

It will be a great help on bright sunny days to reduce glare and unwanted reflections, and also saturates colors especialy outdoors.
Rotate the filter to achieve desired effected. I usually point the camera north at a nice blue sky and rotate the filteter slowly, you will notice the change in color.
Hope this helps you.
