But now that you've done it, a question: have you reviewed the (relatively cheap) Online Photography Course you recommended in one of the previous newsletters? I'm half way through, and took me about 1 hour to get there. Their classes are shorter and less comprehensive than the majority of the tips you or other contributors post here (which are amazing, thx). Trying not to break any IP, i'll rephrase from my mind, rather than copy: 'on Composition: you must pay attention to lines, diagonals, geometrical shapes etc'. That is pretty poor guidance on how to identify the composition elements. And is is just as example. Well, don't tell them yet, I want to finish the course anyway, at least for the assignments I'd like to be assessed :) ... I guess sponsors are sponsors. So many times I have been out shooting and met people who were interested in what I am doing. Or other photographers who share the same interests. Rather than finding a pen and paper to share info why not hand them a little photo of mine with my website and contact info on it? I just ordered 100 minicards using 100 different photos of mine.
