Is there a camera around $100-$500 that I can take beautiful pictures with and still capture the depth, lightness and darkness in the pictures? If so, what is the brand called and how much does it run? Thanks all. Novice photographer here. Not taking photography as in having a job but just having fun.

Need to learn/understand the technical data on those pictures exposed at hundreds of seconds, 600+ one of them, many 100+ seconds of exposure.

Still, don’t notice anyone “explaining” why some of these shots were exposed at 100+ seconds exposure time. I know a little about photography, from the print film days. How were they done? This is what I don’t understand about digital photography, I thought.
