In particular, there's this clause in the registration agreement: "By agreeing to these rules you give permission to the owners of this site to use your posts and comments in other sections of this site and the production of other resources - with attribution to you as author." So if I post a picture you can use that in the production of other resources as long as I'm attributed? Would that include an instructional DVD that you intend to sell for a profit? I recognize that DPS is intended to be a community site and don't expect Darren and company to abuse my content, but I would prefer to have that sentiment in writing before signing up. Can we expect a privacy or terms of use agreement any time? Thanks!
