The last digitalcamera I bought was in the early part of 2011 and it was a Panasonic FH20. I paid $120.00 U.S. for it. I carry it with me all the time.

I purchased a Conon SX210iS in London(UK) Airport which cost in US $ 250 on 05/11/2010. I know you guys can buy the same camera for a lot less in the USA but with 14.5M pixels and 14 times optical zoom I considered it good value. It also has full HD movie mode which I would rather have substituted for RAW option but there was no option unfortunately..

My Sony 550 dslr was well worth the money… It is one of there newest cameras and has a whole host of improvements over my previous model…. I purchased the body only as I have several lens from my previous model that works with the camera… The retail cost of the body is between 850.00 to 949.00… I shopped it on the internet and saved approximately 200.00 from the cost… I subscribe to some photo mags and if you read the ads there they will give you better guide lines, however, shop it on the internet, its could be well worth it… I have not paid street price for any of my photo. equip. yet and do not plan to…Remember to shop it first…
