If you are like me and you're using a secure environment by default (for instance via the excellent NoScript - even my mother uses it) be aware that your DATA IS GONE when you press the submit button. After submitting you reach a "page not found" error, but the back button doesn't work either, so you can't go back to the survey and re-submit.
