If you are like me and you&#039;re using a secure environment by default (for instance via the excellent NoScript - even my mother uses it) be aware that your DATA IS GONE when you press the submit button. After submitting you reach a &quot;page not found&quot; error, but the back button doesn&#039;t work either, so you can&#039;t go back to the survey and re-submit.</description>
