Downtown Vancouver - by runningclouds

Your challenge this weekend is to take and share a photo on the theme of ‘downtown‘. The theme was suggested on our facebook page by Danielle Bright and seconded by others (make sure you ‘like’ our FB page to see when we call for suggestions next week).

Feel free to interpret the theme in any way you like. Downtown for some of us will mean skyscrapers and crowded streets, for others it might be a rural setting and others of us might like to take a different approach altogether and go with a play on words and photograph your own personal ‘down’ town…. it’s totally up to you.< ?p>

I’m personally looking forward to getting a glimpse of the variety of ‘downtowns’ in different countries and settings around the world. Our community is from all corners of the globe so the result of this should be quite diverse!

Once you’ve taken your Downtwon photos – choose your best 1-2, upload them to your favorite photo sharing site and share a link to them here in comments below.

If you tag your photos on Flickr, Twitter or other sites with Tagging tag them as #dPSDOWNTOWN to help others find them. Linking back to this page might also help others know what you’re doing so that they can share in the fun.
