		<description>I can second the power and greatness of Silver Efex Pro for black and white/sepia etc work.  I have no idea why anyone would not use it and choose to fiddle with PS to produce black and white images.  

I can also second Photomatix Pro 3.  I use the standalone application actually.  My HDR workflow is just drag and drop the 5, or 7 or 9 images into Photomatix, then let the app crunch the numbers and churn out my HDR image.  Of course after that I do post in Aperture and the Nik suite of software too.</description>
