I am a big fan of Art Wolfe having recently discovered his television series an visited his website. I long to be the places he highlights. I have one photography question -- probably one of his trade secrets -- but what are the settings that he uses / or suggestions others have in trying to approach the look of the Velvia film he refers to -- the small adjustments ... Though I have taken some great shots on picture perfect days, others need that deep saturation or something to make them pop.

Thank you Peter and DPS for this interview. It never ceases to amaze me that every time Art opens his mouth, I learn something new. I can see him as a teacher. And what a fine one he makes.

Great interview. This man is a wonderful photographer and amazing person too. Love how honest and simple is about digital and post-processing, no philosophical explanations about how he left film and embraced digital 100%. And then the not-much-time-creating- fantasy and the telephone pole story is exactly how I feel about the photoshop controversy. Finally, his gallery is very educational to look at.
